The aim of this study, which is the first of its kind in the Principality, is to present a demographic portrait of the population of Monegasque nationals in the Principality, using various indicators.*

Lionel Galfré, the Director of IMSEE, and his associate Pascal Ferry, have made a detailed sociological study that provides a demographic profile of the population of Monegasque nationals, by means of various indicators traditionally used in the field (making a comparison with other countries possible).  The data refers to the period ending on 31 December 2012 and dates back to 1950.
